For Patients: We collect basic identification data, email address and clinical information that you choose to share with your doctors.
For Doctors: We collect professional data, including Professional License and Medical Certificates for the identity verification process.
2. Data Use and Protection
We use industry-grade encryption to protect your data. MedSuite acts solely as a technical facilitator between doctor and patient.
We do not sell or share your clinical information with third parties, insurers or pharmaceutical companies. Your medical history is private and accessible only to you and the doctor you authorize.
3. Storage
Information is stored on secure servers with redundant backups. Verification documents (degrees, licenses) are processed strictly to validate the identity of the Health Professional and are safeguarded under high security standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
MedSuite is a management tool. We are not responsible for diagnoses, prescriptions or the final use of clinical information by registered doctors. The patient assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the reported symptoms.
